Yoghurt delights

If you need dessert in a hurry, my yoghurt delights are the perfect choice. Ingredients 75ml Bulgarian yoghurt 175ml vanilla custard 5ml brown sugar Method Spoon the yoghurt into a pretty glass.  Top with the custard.  Sprinkle the sugar on top and leave in the refrigerator for about half an hour until the sugar is syrupy.  Decorate with fresh mint and serve.

Sago pudding
