I love to make quick and easy desserts. Today I made these Romany Cream Cups in less than five minutes. Use pretty cups to serve it in.
Ingredients (per cup)
2 Romany Creams
A drizzle of Hazelnut Liquor (or any other liquor)
A tablespoon of Crème Fraiche
Berry Medley Coulis (bought from Woollies)
Toffee Dessert Sauce (also from Woollies)
Custard (Ready Made)
Pour the liquor over the Romany Creams and heat it in the microwave oven for about 40 seconds. Add a drizzle of the toffee sauce, as well as the crème fraiche, custard and coulis. Decorate with fresh mint and serve.
