  1. I put in the double thick yoghurt first, then about four apricots per person and spoon the apricot syrup over.

  2. And I forgot: In Turkey they sprinkle finely chopped pistachio nuts over- the green contrasts nicely with the white and bright orange. But it’s so adaptable- suit yourself.
