Miniature Ice-cream bombs
For Christmas I made individual ice-cream bombs. To make a huge bomb is a waste, because we are a very small family.
Christmas pudding (two large spoons full)
Ice-cream (vanilla flavour)
Fresh cherries (chopped, for colour)
Green fig preserve (half a fig is enough)
Take the ice-cream out of the freezer an half an hour before you want to make your bombs. Line two small dome-shaped pudding bowls with cling wrap. Mix together enough of the ingredients to fill the two bowls. Freeze until needed. I served it with a sticky caramel sauce.
Magic Shell Chocolate Sauce
I found this recipe if you prefer a chocolate sauce for your bombs:
200ml chocolate, roughly chopped
2 T cocounut oil
Heat the chocolate and coconut oil i a bowl in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between. When fully melted, set aside to cool. Pour over ice-cream bombs.
